Hey guys! The holiday season is almost at an end and I know that a lot of us, myself included, have fallen off the wagon. Too many parties, too many cookies and pies… I have a five day clean eating group coming up where I will teach you what clean eating is, go over a couple meal plans, give you motivation, tips, and support. It’s a great way to change your eating habits and start 2015 off right!

Sweet Potato Quinoa Salad
- ½ sweet potato, steamed
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ¼ red bell pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp chopped cashews
- 2 Tbsp plain hummus
