Before the summer started, I promised myself that I would wear my first ever bikini. While some of that is because I wanted to prove to myself that I can be a fit mom of three, but the biggest part was that I knew when I finally put that bikini on, it meant I has reached the point where I was most confident in myself. I got into that swimsuit, dgaf what others thought, and played on the beach and got in the water with my kids. This picture shows a physical transformation, but I am most proud of my internal transformation! Yes, I’ve lost weight, but I also lost that negative mindset, the self doubt, & the “I can’t.” I’ve gained strength, confidence, new friendships, a positive outlook on life, and am creating the life I want for my family and I. Becoming a coach has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only does it help me keep my health in check, but I am helping other moms put their health first. I am surrounded by people that are not only on the same mission of helping people, but they actually want you to succeed & support you 100% of the way. Without them & that support, this would have been a lot harder. It’s awesome now that I get emails and messages daily from other parents thanking me for guiding them & supporting them! Do you know how amazing that feels to be a part of that?! It’s a crazy good feeling! Thank you to all of you for believing in me and following me along this journey!
